- Use the JD assistant after adding title, skills, experience, KPIs, and KRAs.
- Close a job when it should stop accepting applications.
- Update candidate status promptly so candidates can track progress.
Candidates
Browse jobs before signup. Create an account to save jobs, apply, upload your CV, revise your resume, and track applications.
- Use text-based PDF, DOCX, or TXT files for best CV parsing.
- Withdraw applications from your dashboard unless the application is already Offered or Hired.
- Keep preferences current for better guidance.
Admins
Use the admin dashboard to monitor operations, moderate reviews/jobs, manage users, and triage feedback tickets.
- Review support tickets daily during beta.
- Escalate signup, email verification, application, upload, and security issues immediately.
- Use health/readiness endpoints before launch checks.
