Privacy Policy

Effective date: 6 July 2026. This commercial beta privacy policy explains how CrossOver Talent handles information for candidates, employers, reviewers, and platform administrators. It is intended for commercial beta use and should receive formal legal review before large-scale public expansion.

1. Who we are

CrossOver Talent operates as a specialist executive search, recruitment, and impact career intelligence partner across Asia. The platform supports job discovery, employer hiring workflows, candidate applications, reviews, salary signals, support requests, and operational analytics.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact information, company profiles, job posts, applications, CVs and uploaded files, LinkedIn or portfolio links, job preferences, reviews, salary signals, support tickets, telemetry, device/browser information, and security logs needed to operate the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, verify accounts, review employer access, display jobs and company profiles, route applications, manage hiring workflows, provide support, prevent abuse, improve product quality, monitor reliability, and generate aggregated marketplace insights.

4. Candidate and application data

Candidate profiles, CVs, application materials, and private preferences are used for job application, matching, and hiring workflow purposes. Employers may access candidate materials submitted to their roles. Private candidate files should not be displayed publicly.

5. Employer and company data

Employer account and company profile information may be used to operate hiring workspaces, publish approved job posts, manage applications, conduct employer validation, and provide recruitment support. Employers are responsible for ensuring their job posts and hiring practices comply with applicable law.

6. Reviews and salary signals

Reviews and salary signals may be displayed publicly in aggregated or identity-controlled formats. We aim to avoid exposing private personal information. Users should not submit confidential, unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

7. Service providers

We may use infrastructure, storage, analytics, email, monitoring, and AI service providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Resend or similar email providers, OpenAI where configured, Sentry or equivalent monitoring, and privacy-conscious analytics tools. Providers are used only to operate and improve the platform.

8. AI features

AI features may help draft job descriptions, revise CVs, parse uploaded files, or guide navigation. AI outputs are drafting aids and should be reviewed by users. Sensitive information should not be submitted unless it is necessary for the intended workflow.

9. Security and retention

We use access controls, protected dashboards, private storage where appropriate, and operational monitoring to reduce risk. No online service is risk-free. We retain information as needed for platform operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, security, and beta support.

10. Your choices

You may contact support to request account assistance, correction, deletion, or privacy review. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, audit, or operational reasons.
