Terms of Use

Effective date: 6 July 2026. These commercial beta terms govern use of CrossOver Talent. They are intended for beta launch operations and should receive formal legal review before large-scale public expansion.

1. Platform purpose

CrossOver Talent provides job discovery, candidate application workflows, employer hiring workspaces, company information, reviews, salary signals, AI-assisted drafting tools, and recruitment support for impact, healthcare, climate, technology, and public-good markets across Asia.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Employers may register, but employer dashboard access and job posting may require email verification, company validation, and admin approval. Admin access is restricted to authorised users.

3. Candidate responsibilities

Candidates are responsible for submitting truthful CVs, applications, preferences, reviews, and salary signals. Candidates should not upload unlawful, misleading, confidential, or third-party content they are not authorised to share.

4. Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for accurate job postings, lawful hiring practices, candidate communication, role requirements, compensation representations, and appropriate handling of candidate information. Job posts may be moderated, unpublished, or removed when necessary.

5. Reviews and salary signals

Reviews and salary signals must be submitted in good faith. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that appears abusive, unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, spammy, or privacy-invasive.

6. Recruitment services and fees

Commercial engagement models may include contingency search, retained executive search, market mapping, or recruitment partnership. Any fees, exclusivity, payment terms, replacement terms, or service scope must be confirmed separately in writing before a client engagement begins.

7. AI-assisted features

AI outputs are drafting aids only. Users remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any generated job description, CV, profile, or guidance before relying on it. AI tools do not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, or hiring compliance advice.

8. Availability and beta changes

The platform may change during commercial beta. Features may be updated, limited, paused, or removed to improve reliability, security, compliance, and user experience.

9. Limitation of responsibility

CrossOver Talent does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate availability, employer decisions, interview invitations, salary offers, or role suitability. Users are responsible for their own hiring, career, and commercial decisions.
